Why We Gather

Bearing Witness

Gathering consistently, we bear witness to ongoing atrocities, and ensure that the world does not turn away. Public presence reinforces that these issues are urgent and demand attention.

Solidarity and Community

Our gatherings are a space for people to stand together, connect with like-minded advocates, and show support for the Palestinian people and others affected by oppression. Together, we amplify voices that may otherwise go unheard.

Honoring the Past, Confronting the Present

Each week, we stand together to honor those whose voices are silenced and to confront the injustices of today. Rooted in the promise of “Never Again”, we draw strength from history to demand accountability in the present and safeguard the future.

Weekly Presence

📍Saturdays - Eastern Market, Detroit

Every Saturday at 10 AM, we gather at the Eastern Market to raise our voices – and bang our pots and pans – for justice. The sound we create together is a reminder that our community will not be silent in the face of oppression.

📍Sundays - across from the Holocaust Memorial center, Farmington Hills

Every Sunday at 2 PM, we stand together across from the Holocaust Memorial Center. We gather in solidarity to demand justice, on our lives, lost, and show that our community will not look away.
